Garima Real Estate Champa

Garima Real Estate is based in Akaltara, right in front of Bagadiya Bhawan on Masji Road. This is in the Janjgir Champa district of Chhattisgarh. It is a small office, mostly just a room with a few chairs and a big table where we lay out the maps. We deal with land and houses in this area. It is not like the real estate businesses in big cities where everything is on a computer. Here, we still do a lot of things by hand. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, looking at plots or meeting people at their homes. Masji Road is always busy with people going to the market. Our office is a good place to sit and have a cold drink while we talk about property. It is dusty work because of all the open land and the traffic, so we are always cleaning the table. People know us in Akaltara because we have been here for such a long time. We don't have a big website or anything fancy. If someone wants to buy or sell something, they just walk in and we have a chat. It is a very local way of doing things. We know the history of most of the land around here. It is just a simple business run by people who live in the community. We don't make big promises; we just show people what is available. It is how it goes.
