You can find Jaidurga Agro Industries Private Limited over in Darrighat, specifically in the village of Lawar in Masturi. We are located right opposite the Hari Om Rice Mill on the main road. It is a very rural spot, so you see a lot of green fields and tractors passing by all the time. Being near a rice mill makes sense for us since we are in the agro industry too. The office is pretty simple and we spend most of our time out in the back or talking to the local folks. It isn't a polished city office. It’s a bit rough around the edges, with the smell of the mill and the sound of machines in the background. We have been here for a while and the village life suits the business. People just walk in when they need something. We don't have a website that we update or anything like that. We just rely on being right there on the main road where people can see us. The dust from the road is something we just live with. We handle our daily tasks, check the machinery, and make sure the accounts are right. It’s honest work. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going. It’s a small team here, just a handful of us making sure Jaidurga stays running. We know everyone in Lawar and they know us. That’s how we like to do things.
