The Rajputana Event And Promacation

Our spot is at E 14 in Bikaner, right near Lalgard Place in Karni Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area until we start loading the trucks for an event. We do a bit of everything, from setting up stages to handing out flyers for local store openings. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers trying to keep things organized. Bikaner gets incredibly hot, so a lot of our work involves making sure the outdoor setups don't melt or blow away in the wind. We spend a lot of time on our phones chasing after delivery drivers or arguing with decorators about where the stage should go. It’s not a glamorous business. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and late-night packing involved. We don't have a fancy showroom; we just have our office and a lot of storage for things like carpets, poles, and lights. Every day is different, which is good because sitting still isn't for us. One day we're near the palace and the next we're in a completely different part of town. We’ve lived in Bikaner our whole lives, so we know how people here like things done. It’s about being practical and getting the job finished, even if we’re exhausted by the time the sun goes down. The Rajputana Event And Promacation is just our way of staying busy and being part of the local scene.
