Our place is right across from M.N Hospital on Govt Press Road. It is a very busy part of Bikaner. The name is quite a mouthful, but most people around here just know us for the tents. We spend a lot of time moving chairs and heavy rolls of fabric. The palace part of the name might sound fancy, but really, our day-to-day is mostly dust and lifting heavy stuff. When a big event comes up, it is all hands on deck. We have to coordinate the trucks and make sure the decorations do not get ruined in transit. It is not just tents either. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pole might bend or a cloth gets a tear, and we just have to fix it right there on the spot. We have been in this area for a long time. People stop by the office to discuss their plans, and we just try to figure out what fits their specific space. It gets loud with the traffic outside. It is just a regular local business. We do not use fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is just notes on paper and knowing who to call. That is life here.
