Barsana Events

We operate out of Shivbasti in the Gangashahar area of Bikaner. It’s a local business run by people who grew up around here and know the streets well. We handle all kinds of events, from small family parties to bigger community gatherings. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people when we have to. We spend most of our time out at the venues anyway, making sure everything is in place. Bikaner is a place with a lot of tradition, and we try to respect that in everything we do. Organizing an event takes a lot of patience. You have to talk to a lot of different people and make sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes things get delayed, or someone changes their mind at the last minute about the decorations. We’ve learned to just stay calm and figure it out. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles for everyone. We’re just a small team that knows how to get things done. Most of our work comes through word of mouth in Gangashahar. People know where to find us if they need help with a function. It’s hard work, often involving long hours in the sun or late nights setting up lights. We don't complain much because this is the life we chose. Every event is a new puzzle to solve, and we enjoy making it work.
