Heritage Resort Bikaner

We are Heritage Resort Bikaner, located at the 9 Kms Mile Stone on the Jaipur Highway. Being out on the highway means we have a bit more space than the hotels inside the city. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but it's much quieter than being in the middle of town. The building looks like the old Rajasthani style with the red stone work you see around Bikaner. We have a lot of open ground. People usually stop here when they are traveling between cities. It’s a big property, so there’s plenty of room to walk around. We have rooms for guests and a place to eat. It’s not like those modern glass hotels. It feels more like an old house. We have some trees and a garden area, though keeping things green in the desert is always a bit of a struggle. The staff comes from the nearby villages. We aren't part of some big international chain. It’s just a local resort. Sometimes we have groups staying for weddings or tours. The highway is right there, so you hear the trucks once in a while, but mostly it’s just the wind. We keep the rooms tidy and the food is standard local fare. If you're driving on the Jaipur Highway and need a break, you'll see our sign. It's a straightforward place to stay for the night.
