Down on N.H. 15 in Lunkaransar, you will find Hotel Aman A.C. Restaurant. We are located near the Gurudwara Lunkaransar, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being in the Bikaner district with the 334603 pin code, it can get pretty hot during the summer months. That is why we made sure to have A.C. in the name—it’s what people are looking for when they pull off the highway. The N.H. 15 road is long and dusty, so our place is a bit of a break from all that. We run the restaurant alongside the hotel, so there’s usually the smell of food in the air.
