Gajner Palace Hotel

Gajner Palace Hotel is out in P.O. Gajner in the Kolayat Tehsil. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here but that’s why people like it. The building has been around for a long time and has a lot of history to it. We don't really do the whole corporate hotel thing. We just run the place as it is. It’s a big property and there’s always something that needs fixing or looking after. That’s just life in an old palace. We have staff who have lived in this area their whole lives and they know every corner of the grounds. It’s quiet out here compared to the big cities. You mostly hear the birds and the wind. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the world. We like the old style and we try to keep it that way even if it’s a bit worn in places. People come here to get away from everything else. We just give them their keys and let them be. It’s a very different pace of life in Kolayat. We don't have a lot of neighbors. It’s just us and the land. We keep the rooms ready and the kitchen going for whoever makes the trip out to see us. It’s a steady job and we enjoy the peace that comes with being out here by ourselves most of the time.
