Our office is out here in Jamnagar, specifically at the Gop Limestone Mines. It's a bit of a trek to get to Po Gop Moti via Verad, but that’s where the work is. Sh. Ds Kapkoti is usually around managing the daily grind. Being near the mines means everything is covered in a fine layer of white dust most of the time. It’s not the kind of place for fancy clothes or polished shoes. We are out in the elements, dealing with the raw side of the cement industry. The heat can be tough during the summer, but we have a routine that works. It’s a very practical environment. We spend our time looking at logistics and making sure the limestone is moving where it needs to go. There aren't many shops or distractions out this way, so we just focus on the job at hand. It’s a small team, and we all know what needs to be done without being told. The road out here isn't always the smoothest, but trucks come and go all day. We keep a logbook, handle the phone calls when the signal is good, and try to stay on top of the schedule. It’s quiet in the evenings once the machinery stops. Just a group of people making a living in the 360 515 area of Gujarat. It's dusty and far from town, but we don't mind the quiet much at the end of the day.
