Emeat. In is located at Scr 2 in Bhouma Nagar. We are a small local business that focuses on getting meat ready for people in the neighborhood. Our day starts a lot earlier than most, usually while it is still dark outside, so we can get everything prepared and cleaned before the orders start coming in. The shop is kept very cold, which is necessary but can be a bit tough in the winter months. We spend hours chopping, weighing, and packing things into bags. It is a very physical job and your arms get tired by the end of the shift. We don't have a big storefront with a lot of decorations. It’s more of a practical space with stainless steel tables and refrigerators. Most of our work involves making sure the cuts are done right and everything is moved out quickly so it stays fresh. We have a few delivery bikes that are always coming and going from Bhouma Nagar to different parts of the city. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a lot of orders come in at once, but we just keep our heads down and keep moving. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We just focus on the daily routine of prepping and delivering without making a big deal out of it. We like being part of the local food scene here in the city.
