Khatti

Khatti is situated at B 1 on Meghdoot street, Sahid Nagar. We are right here in the heart of Bhubaneshwar, 751007. It’s a pretty good spot, though the street can get a bit narrow when people park their bikes everywhere. We have a simple shop where we do all our cooking. It’s not a big fancy place with air conditioning and stuff. It’s just a local restaurant where we work every day. The staff is mostly local guys who live nearby. We spend a lot of time just talking to the regulars who come in from Sahid Nagar. We don’t have any big mission or anything, we just want to make sure the food is ready and the place is open on time. Sometimes we run late if the delivery truck is stuck in traffic. That’s just life in the city. We keep the place as clean as we can, but it’s an old building so it has its quirks. We’ve got some simple tables and chairs set up. It feels like a real neighborhood place because that is exactly what it is. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here on Meghdoot Street. We just do our work, close up at night, and come back the next day to do it again. It's nothing too complicated, just a small business trying to get through the day like everyone else.
