We've been at Plot no-188 in Forest Park for a while now. Most people around Bhubaneshwar know the Bharti Tower area, so finding us isn't usually too hard. It gets really busy during the middle of the day, especially with all the various offices located nearby. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. The weather gets pretty humid here in Odisha, so we mostly just keep the fans going and try to stay cool. It’s definitely not a fancy place. We have a small crew and we all do a bit of everything. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the morning was too packed, which is frustrating but it happens. People just walk in from the park or stop by after they finish work. We see the same faces every Tuesday and Thursday. It’s actually quite nice when someone remembers our names or asks how the day is going. We don’t do any big ads or social media stuff. Usually, someone just tells a friend and they show up. The parking around Forest Park can be a real headache, but people seem to manage somehow. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush is over. It’s hard work, but we are used to the routine by now. Bhubaneshwar is changing fast, but this corner feels the same mostly. We don’t have a big corporate plan. We just open up, cook, and hope for the best.
