Ta In Itr

Ta In Itr is located in the Rabikar Colony in Jagannathpur, which is in the Bhadrak district of Orissa. We operate out of Padmini Das’s place, and Jibanananda Das is usually the one you’ll see around here. The colony is a nice enough place, and it’s got that small-town feel where everyone kind of knows what everyone else is doing. Our setup is very modest. It’s basically just a room with some chairs and a desk where the paperwork gets sorted out. Since we are in Bhadrak, the rains can be quite heavy during the monsoon season, and sometimes the road leading into the colony gets a bit muddy. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that, so people usually just look for the house number or ask the neighbors. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Most of the day is spent going through documents and making sure everything is in the right pile. We don’t really use much technology beyond what is absolutely necessary. People come by when they have something to sort out, and we sit down and talk through it. It’s a slow and steady process, and that’s just the way we like to run things here. There isn't any rush, and we take the time to make sure things are done right before the day ends.
