Qunatum Soft

Qunatum Soft is based right here in Bhubaneshwar. We aren't in one of those huge tech parks with a gym and a cafeteria. We’ve got a more modest setup. It’s basically a room full of computers and some very tired-looking chairs. We do software work, which mostly means a lot of coding and staring at screens until our eyes hurt. It’s a small team of us. We’ve known each other for a long time, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. You won’t find anyone wearing a suit here unless they have to go to a bank. Most days we are just in t-shirts and jeans. We handle various projects that come our way, from small apps to bigger systems for local businesses. Bhubaneshwar is a good place to be because there are a lot of talented people around. We don't spend money on marketing or big signs. Usually, we get work because someone told someone else about us. It’s a simple way to run things. We have a small pantry with a kettle that is always on. Coffee and tea keep us going through the long afternoons. Sometimes we hit a snag with a bug and stay late, but that’s just part of the deal. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to write good code and make sure the projects work. It’s a quiet, busy life in the city. Just some developers doing their best.
