We operate out of Pallaspalli, mostly working on computers and software things. Orisys Infotech Pvt. Ltd. started in a small room and we've just stayed in the area as we grew. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens for hours. We handle tech support and some coding for local businesses that don't have their own IT people. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and the hum of servers in the corner. We don't have those fancy beanbag chairs or game rooms you see in movies. It's just desks, cables, and a lot of coffee. Sometimes we have to go out to a client's place when their network crashes, which is always a bit stressful. We try to explain things in plain English because not everyone knows the tech terms. Most of our work comes from people recommending us to their friends. We don’t have a big sales team; we just do the work and hope it holds up. The internet can be slow some days, which makes everything take longer, but we manage. We’ve been here in Pallaspalli for several years and know the local rhythm well. It's just a bunch of us who are good with computers trying to make things work for people. There’s no grand vision, just fixing bugs and setting up systems so people can do their own jobs. It’s honest work, even if it’s mostly digital.
