You can find us at Konark Infotech on the ground floor of Sidharth Tower, right at Ravitalkies Square. It’s a good location because it’s easy to explain to people how to get here. We spend our days dealing with computers, software, and all the little tech problems that drive people crazy. The office is S-5, and it’s usually packed with monitors and cables. We aren't a big corporate firm with people in suits. We’re just a small team that knows how to fix things when they break. Whether it’s a virus or a broken screen, we’ve probably seen it before. Ravitalkies Square is always busy, so there’s usually someone dropping in with a laptop or asking about a new setup. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to folks. We just explain what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive and we just have to wait. It’s honest work and we like the challenge of figuring out a tough problem. We’ve been in Sidharth Tower for a bit now and we’ve become the go-to spot for people in the area. We just keep doing what we do, one computer at a time, and hope that people are happy with the results we provide them. It’s about keeping the technology running so people can get on with their lives.
