Ishwar Softeare Services Pvt. Ltd.

We are set up as Ishwar Softeare Services Pvt. Ltd. in Bhawani Enclave, specifically at A-3 in Block-3. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s got a different feel than a big office park. We do software services here, mostly just a small group of us sitting around and working on different projects. The office is basically a few rooms converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable, and it stays pretty quiet most of the time, except when the kids are playing outside in the enclave. We’ve got our servers in one corner and our desks taking up most of the rest of the space. There’s a kitchen where we make our own tea and coffee, which saves us from having to go out too much during the day. People in the neighborhood know us as the IT guys in Block-3. We don't have a big sign outside or anything fancy. It’s just a place where we can focus on the coding and the technical side of things without too many distractions. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near a deadline, and you can see our lights on from the street. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way because it’s easy to manage. No corporate red tape, just us getting the software work done as it comes in. We’ve been here for a while and have no real plans to move anytime soon.
