Subrat Panda

I am based out of the Barmunda Housing Board in Khurda. It is a quiet enough area for the most part, though things are getting busier lately. Being in the Po- Barmunda area means I am close to a lot of neighbors who know me by name. I run things under my own name, Subrat Panda. It’s just easier that way because people know who they are dealing with. I don't have a huge staff or a big flashy storefront. Most of the work involves local projects and helping out people in the district. Khurda is a good place to be because you can reach most spots fairly quickly. I spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites. My desk is usually covered in folders and notes I wrote to myself. It might look messy to some, but I know exactly where everything is. People stop by sometimes just to ask a question or get a bit of help with something. I try to be available, but sometimes I’m out in the field. It’s a simple way of working. No big meetings or long presentations. Just practical work that needs to get finished. I've lived around here for a long time, so I know the local ways of doing things. It's not about being the biggest business around. It's just about doing steady work and keeping things moving. That's really all there is to it.
