Staffing-Tree Software Pvt.Td is based at 16, Kharavele Nagar, Unit-3, in Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy part of the city and there’s always something happening on the street. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits the team we have well enough. We’ve been set up here for some time now. Most of our day is spent doing computer work. You can usually just hear the sound of typing and some quiet chatting between desks. We aren’t really into the whole corporate culture thing with big meetings and polished presentations. We just show up, sit down, and do the job. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a rattling noise but we’ve learned to ignore it. Kharavele Nagar is a nice area to work in. There are plenty of small places nearby to get a quick lunch or a snack. We usually take turns heading out so someone is always in the office. The space gets a good amount of sunlight in the mornings which makes it feel a bit more open. We don't have any promotional phrases or big promises to show off. We are just a group of people working on software every day. It gets complicated at times but we just figure it out as we go. We’ve watched the neighborhood build up over the years. A lot of new offices have opened, but we’re still here at number 16. It’s a steady, practical place to spend the workday.
