We are located on Cuttack Road in Bhubaneswar, specifically at Lal Bahadur Shastri Lane. It’s a busy part of the city. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with metal products and trade. The office is easy to find if you know the lane. It’s usually quite hectic with people coming in to check on their orders. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s mostly desks, files, and samples of the materials we handle. The traffic on Cuttack Road can be a nightmare sometimes, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. We work with a lot of different clients across Orissa. Some are big builders, others are small contractors. We treat them all about the same. It’s about getting the metal to them when they need it. Our staff is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don’t use a lot of big words or marketing talk. If we have the stock, we tell you. If we don’t, we tell you when it’s coming. We keep a ledger for the accounts. It’s an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. The weather in Bhubaneswar gets really sticky, so the office AC is a lifesaver. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Sometimes we stay late to finish the paperwork. It’s just a normal business on a busy street.
