If you are in Bhubaneswar and find yourself over near Vanibihar, you might come across the C.R. Colony. That is where we are located. Specifically, we are at Type-Ii/2 in Rajaswa Bihar. It is a bit of a specific address, but it’s home for this branch of Jindal Stainless Ltd. This part of the city has a different feel than the newer commercial areas. It’s more established and has a bit of history to it. Our office is in a Type-II quarter, which tells you right away that we aren't trying to be flashy. It is a modest setup that works well for the small team we have here. We deal with the local side of things and keep the operations running without a lot of noise. Rajaswa Bihar is a quiet enough spot, so we can focus on what needs to get done. Being in Vanibihar means we are close to a lot of the older parts of Bhubaneswar, which is nice. There’s a sense of community in C.R. Colony that you don’t always get in a big business park. We just show up, do our work, and talk to the neighbors now and then. It’s a very human way to run a company office. No big banners or marketing slogans on the walls. Just a regular place where work happens every day in Odisha.
