Jindal Stainless Limited, Jajpur

Down in Bhubaneswar, you can find us at Trishna Mansion on Satyanagar. We are up on the 4th floor, Plot No. 49. It’s a busy area and finding parking can be a real headache some days. The building itself is okay, though the elevator is a bit slow when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. We handle the Jajpur side of things from here, mostly the administrative stuff. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at spreadsheets. The humidity in Orissa can be pretty heavy, so we’re grateful for the fans and the air conditioning. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the job done. We have piles of folders and some samples of the stainless steel products we deal with. Usually, there's a pot of tea going somewhere. We get people coming in from the plant or local contractors wanting to check on their orders. It’s a steady stream of work. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project moving through Jajpur. It’s just a group of people trying to keep things running smoothly. We don't have fancy wall art or anything, just the usual calendars and maybe a few photos. It’s a functional space in a good part of the city. We enjoy the lunch breaks when we can get some local food nearby. It keeps us going through the afternoon.
