Aryan Ispat &Ower Pvt. Ltd., Sambalpur

We are set up over at Plot No-1253 in Sriram Nagar, which is in the Old Town area of Bhubaneswar. It’s an older part of the city, so it has a different feel compared to the newer developments. Even though the name mentions Sambalpur, this is where we do a lot of our administrative work. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it serves its purpose for keeping the books and managing the staff. We deal with the ispat and power side of the industry, which basically means a lot of phone calls and spreadsheets. It gets pretty humid here, especially in the afternoons, so the fan is always going. We spend most of our time coordinating between different sites and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. There’s usually a bit of a mess on the desks, but we know where everything is. It’s a long day usually, and we don't really take many breaks. Sometimes people drop by to talk business, and we just pull up a chair and get to it. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re more than we are. We’re just a local crew trying to keep the operations running without too many hiccups. It’s a steady kind of life, even when things get a bit chaotic with the logistics or the paperwork pileup. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
