Saralia Foods Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the Mancheswar Industrial Estate. Our specific spot is No. S-3/65, over in Sector A, Zone B. Being in a large industrial area like this means there is always something going on nearby. It is a very busy part of the city with plenty of trucks and workers moving around at all hours. We focus on food processing, which keeps us pretty occupied from Monday to Saturday. The building itself is just a regular industrial unit, nothing too flashy or modern to look at from the street. Inside, we have our equipment set up for the daily production runs. It can get a bit loud when everything is switched on, but the staff is used to that rhythm by now. We spend most of our time checking the batches and making sure things are packed up. The heat in the summer can be a bit much in this part of the estate, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the job. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while and they know the routine. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that.
