3S Info Solutions is based at Plot No: 846 E/2 in the Bomikhal area of Rasulgarh, quite close to the IMFA building. The road to our office can be a bit bumpy, and it gets a little messy during the monsoon season, but it’s a good location for us. We are a small group of people who handle various information technology tasks. This includes things like fixing computers, setting up small office networks, and helping people with data processing. Our office is simple, with a few sturdy desks, some computers, and a lot of cables tucked away in the corners. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of managers in suits. It’s just us doing the technical work and talking to our customers. Most of our business comes from the surrounding shops and small offices in Rasulgarh that need a bit of tech help. We started this place because we wanted to provide a local service that wasn't too expensive or complicated. We don't use a lot of big words when we talk to our clients; we just try to explain what needs to be done in plain English. Sometimes we’re really busy with a difficult repair, and other times we have a bit of a quiet spell where we just catch up on paperwork. We aren't a huge firm, so you’ll usually talk to the same person every time you call or visit us. It’s a steady, small-scale operation.
