Dk Software is located at Plot No. 219 A in Saheed Nagar, right across from Pctpri. It’s a well-known part of the city, and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a while. Our office is just a simple room where we’ve set up our desks and computers. It’s nothing like the big IT parks you see in the magazines. We prefer it this way because it’s quiet and we can actually focus on our work. We spend most of our time writing programs and checking for errors. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find it satisfying when a project finally comes together. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of the guys who is actually working on the code. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers and empty tea cups, but we clean it up eventually. We’ve seen other businesses come and go in Saheed Nagar, but we’ve managed to stick around by just doing what we know. We don’t make big promises; we just tell you what we can do and then we get to it. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We like being in this area because everything we need is within walking distance. It’s a practical location for a small team like ours.
