You can find us at Duplex-8 in Sailashree Vihar, which is in the Chandrashekharpur area of Bhubaneswar. Working out of a duplex gives it a different feel than a standard office building. It feels a bit more like a home, which we like. We focus on metaltech, which means we spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and talking about materials. The weather in Bhubaneswar can be really tough, especially in May when it feels like the air is standing still. We have our desks set up in the different rooms. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We talk about metals, weights, and how to get things fabricated. Most of the time, the talk is just about the technical stuff and the logistics of moving metal around. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. If someone comes to see us, they usually just walk in and we find a place to sit. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is relatively quiet except for the occasional car or bike. We keep our tools and samples nearby so we can show people what we are working on. It is a steady way to spend the day, and we have a good rhythm going. We just take it one order at a time and try to keep things simple.
