Raut Infotech is located at Plot No- 230 in the Barabari area, near Khandagiri. We picked this spot because it is away from the main city noise but still close enough that people can reach us. Our workspace is filled with old monitors, stacks of keyboards, and various tools we use for repairs. It is definitely a working office, not a place meant for showing off. We help people with their internet connections, fix broken screens, and set up small networks for offices nearby. We are just a local crew and we don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people hear about us from a friend or a neighbor who had their computer fixed here. We try to be very practical. If a machine is too old to be worth fixing, we will just tell you that instead of taking your money. Some days are slow and we spend them organizing our spare parts, while other days we have people lining up out the door. We don't have a corporate script for how we talk to customers. We just talk like normal people and try to solve the problem at hand. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the community in Khandagiri.
