Rathi Steel & Power Ltd. has an office at Plot No. 31128 in Niladri Vihar, Bhubaneswar. It’s located in the Sailashree Vihar area. This part of Bhubaneswar is quite nice, with a mix of homes and offices. Our place is pretty simple. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of files related to our steel and power projects. It’s mostly where the administrative side of things happens. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or a grand entrance. It’s just a place to work. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with the company for a long time. We spend our days coordinating with the sites and making sure the billing is correct. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. We just want to get through the to-do list and make sure our clients are taken care of. There’s a tea shop just down the road where we go when we need a break. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We don't do much in terms of promotion because our work usually speaks for itself among the people who know us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the details of the steel business. It works for us and keeps the business steady.
