We are located on the ground floor of the IDCO Tower 2000. It’s right in the Mancheswar Industrial Estate area, which is always busy with trucks and people going to work. Our office is pretty quiet compared to the noise outside in Rasulgarh. We spend most of our time on computers or talking on the phone. We look for people to fill jobs in different companies. It sounds simple, but it’s actually a lot of waiting and checking papers. We deal with both IT stuff and regular office roles. Some days we have people coming in for interviews, and other days it's just us answering emails. The industrial estate is a bit dusty, but we like being here because it’s central. We started this because we knew a lot of people looking for work. We don't have a big corporate team, just a small group of us sitting at desks. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and that’s a real problem for our work. We just try to match the right person with the right job. It’s a lot of sorting through resumes and making calls. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a practical space for what we do. Nothing too fancy, just a regular office where we try to get things done every day. We have a small water cooler in the corner and some old chairs for people to sit on. The building has a lot of other companies, so it can get loud in the hallways. We just stay busy.
