Quantsoft India Pvt.Ltd is located on the 2nd floor of A/L-27 in Vss Nagar, Bhubaneswar. We aren't some giant software firm with thousands of people. We’re a smaller group working out of an office space in a regular neighborhood. Vss Nagar is a decent area with plenty of activity, and being on the second floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street below. We work on software and data stuff. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it should. We don't have a gym or a cafeteria in our building. Most of us just go downstairs to get a snack or some coffee from the local vendors. It’s a very normal way to work. We talk about projects, drink tea, and try to get the tasks finished on time. We like being in Bhubaneswar because it feels like things are growing here, but it’s still manageable. Our office isn't overly polished. It’s got desks, computers, and a lot of cables everywhere. That’s just how it looks when people are actually working. We don't spend time on flashy presentations about ourselves. We’d rather just get the software built and make sure it works for whoever is using it. It’s a simple setup for a tech business. We just keep our heads down and keep typing away until the job is done right.
