New Generation Technology

We are New Generation Technology, based right here in Bhubaneswar. We don't have a fancy multi-story office, just a workspace where we handle various tech-related jobs. Most days involve fixing things or setting up new systems for people who aren't quite sure how to do it themselves. Bhubaneswar is growing fast, so there’s always someone needing help with a network or a piece of hardware. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. Sometimes we have to travel across the city to reach a client, and the heat can be really something during the summer. Our shop is a bit cluttered with parts and old machines, but we know where everything is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do the work and get paid for it. A lot of our customers are regular people from the neighborhood who know our faces. We don't really do big advertising; news just travels by word of mouth. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought it would because of a weird software bug. That's just how it is with technology. We keep it simple and try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s probably ready for the bin. It is a small team here, but we manage to stay on top of the work most weeks. We usually close up around sunset unless there is an emergency call we have to take for a client.
