Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited, Bhubaneswar

We’re located over in Jaydev Vihar, at Flat 2 on Plot 333 in the Dasarathi Enclave. It’s a residential-feeling area in Bhubaneswar, which makes it a lot quieter than the main commercial hubs in the city. Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited uses this space for our daily operations. It feels more like a home than a cold office sometimes, which we actually don't mind at all. We have a few rooms set up with desks, old chairs, and filing cabinets. It’s not a place with a massive glass front or a security desk at the entrance. You just come up to the flat and knock. We spend our hours checking through spreadsheets and talking to the site offices to see what they need. It’s regular, steady work that keeps us busy. Jaydev Vihar is a nice part of town, and we’re glad to be based here. We don’t go in for big meetings or long, boring presentations. Most of the time, it’s just us figuring out the logistics and making sure the paperwork is in the right pile. The light in the afternoons is quite nice in the front room where we do most of our typing. We’ve got some plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive despite the heat. It’s just an honest place to work. No one wears a suit unless there's a big reason for it. We’re just regular people keeping things running for the business.
