Maruti Foods

Maruti Foods is located at No. 445 in Sahid Nagar. It’s where we handle all our food stuff every day. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the afternoons, but we’re used to it. We mostly focus on preparing things that people in the area like to eat. Sahid Nagar is a busy part of town so there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many shops come and go. Our routine is pretty much the same every morning. We get the ingredients in early and start the prep work. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes we run out of things faster than we expected, which can be a bit of a scramble. We try to keep the place tidy but with all the cooking going on, it's a constant effort. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just a local food business. People know us for being at No. 445. We deal with suppliers and customers all day long. Some days are much busier than others, especially when there's a local event. We just keep our heads down and keep the food moving. It is hard work but it keeps us going day after day. We just try to get the orders done and make sure the supplies are fresh.
