Leadcom Integrated Solutions I Pvt Ltd is based here in Bhubaneswar, specifically at Plot No-1928 in Bhaktamadhunagar. We have been operating out of Lane-6 for a while now, near the Khandagiri post office. It is a busy area but we like it here. Most of the team comes in early to beat the traffic on the main roads. We deal with integrated solutions, which basically means a lot of technical work and site management. It is not always easy work, and sometimes the weather in Orissa makes it harder, especially when it is really hot or raining heavily. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get things done and handle the paperwork. We have some people who have been with us since the start and others who joined recently. We mostly focus on our projects and making sure the technical stuff is handled properly without too much fuss. It gets a bit crowded in the office sometimes when everyone is back from the field. We just try to keep things moving along. If you are looking for us, Lane-6 is tucked away a bit, so you have to keep an eye out for the turn. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or brochures because we are usually too busy with the actual work on the ground. It is just a group of us trying to do a decent job every day.
