Ipi Steel Limited is tucked away at 380, Bomikhal. If you know where Charlie Hotel is, we are right behind it. It’s a busy part of the Khurda district. We work with steel here, so there is always a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around. The yard stays pretty cluttered with different types of metal beams and rods, but we know where everything is. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the trucks coming in and out to load and unload materials. We’ve been in this location for quite some time now. The building is a bit old, but it serves its purpose for storing the steel. We have a small office on-site where we handle the orders and talk to the contractors who buy from us. Most of our work is with local builders and construction guys in the area. We don't really have a big team, just a few people who have been doing this for years and know the metal business inside out. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but it gets the job done. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the place look fancy. It’s a steel yard, after all. People come here because they know we have what they need for their projects. We just stick to our routine and make sure the deliveries go out on time when we can. It is just the way we operate.
