At Indoplus Private Limited, we’ve made our home on the ground floor of Plot No. 42, right near the 12 Mile Stone in Bhubaneswar. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for deliveries and for folks to stop by without having to hunt for an elevator that might or might not be working that day. We chose this spot in Khordha because it’s a decent location for what we need to get done. The area stays pretty active, and being around the 751019 zip code keeps us connected to the rest of the city. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home at the end of the day feeling like we did something useful. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff you’d expect to see. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic coming past the mile stone, but once you’re inside, we just focus on the tasks we have for the week. We’ve had some good days and some stressful ones, but that’s just how running a business goes. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up, look at what needs doing, and try to get through the pile. It’s a humble place, but it works for us and the small team we have here in Odisha.
