Sameer

Sameer is basically run out of Plot No.- 1970, which is known as Ratna Niwas in the Bhakta Madhu Nagar area of Khandagiri. It’s a residential part of Bhubaneshwar, so things are a little quieter here compared to the main city center, though Khandagiri is always getting more crowded these days. We are near Talabania and Gandamunda, so people in the neighborhood usually know the house. It isn't a corporate office with a glass front; it’s more of a personal space where the work actually happens. Living and working in the same area means you see the same faces every day, and that’s how we like it. The streets around here can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, but otherwise, it’s a decent place to be. We handle various tasks from this location, mostly focusing on getting things sorted for clients who find us through word of mouth. Sometimes the internet is slow or the heat makes you want to stop working, but we keep at it. There’s a lot of activity in this part of Bhubaneshwar with new buildings coming up all the time. Being at Ratna Niwas gives us a sense of being part of the community rather than just another shop on a high street. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations; we just talk to people and figure out what needs to be done. It’s a small operation, and that allows us to stay focused on the actual work without getting lost in paperwork or big meetings.
