You can find us down on Patia Railway Station Road in Bhubaneshwar. We are pretty close to Maruti Villa Phase-2. It is a busy stretch of road, especially during the wedding season. We spend most of our time dealing with mandap setups and catering. It is physical work, and we are usually covered in a bit of dust or smelling like the kitchen. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning that works all the time. Mostly, we are out at the sites or in the back making sure the food is being prepped right. Catering for a big crowd is never easy, and we have had our share of long nights. We aren't the kind of people to use big marketing words. We just talk about the work. We use simple ingredients and try to make sure there is enough for everyone to eat. The mandap decorations take a lot of patience, and sometimes the wind doesn't help. We have been around the Patia area for a while now. Most people know us by word of mouth. We don't really do much advertising. We just focus on the job in front of us. It is a simple life, honestly. We wake up, we load the trucks, we do the event, and we come back. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run a little late, but we always get it finished. That’s just the way it goes with us.
