Plot 256 on Mancheshwar Industrial Estate Road is where we spend most of our time. It is right in the Rasulgarh area of Bhubaneshwar, just opposite Hotel Tara Tarini. If you know that hotel, you won’t have any trouble finding us. The office isn’t much to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the work for Xtasy Events happens. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork piled up. Being in an industrial estate means it gets noisy with trucks and people moving things around all day. We like it here because it feels like a real working part of the city. Most of us here are locals, so we understand how things work in this part of Odisha. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a handful of people who know how to manage things. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is. We spend our mornings drinking tea and going over what needs to be done. There is no dress code, so you will usually see us in casual clothes, probably looking a bit tired from the day before. We don’t try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just take one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy without making things too complicated for them or us. Anyway, if you are in Rasulgarh, you can usually see us working late most nights.
