Sahayog Events

Sahayog Events is based in Rasulgarh, specifically at Plot No. 3838/9 in Malay Vihar. We are quite close to the Modern School, which everyone in this part of Bhubaneshwar knows. We started this because we liked organizing things and saw that people often need a hand with their events. It isn't just about weddings; we do all kinds of local functions and get-togethers. Our office in G.G.P. is where we keep all our notes and meet with folks who are planning something. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just local people helping other local people get their events finished. Sometimes the weather in Bhubaneshwar makes things tricky, especially for outdoor setups, but we deal with it as it comes. We spend a lot of time checking on vendors and making sure the equipment is ready to go. The area around Modern School is usually busy, so we are used to the noise and the pace of life here. When we take on an event, we focus on the practical stuff like where the guests will sit and how the sound system is working. It’s a lot of physical labor and coordination. We have been in Rasulgarh for a bit now and know the local venues quite well. It's just about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. We don't have a lot of corporate polish, just a desire to get the job done right.
