Being right here in Station Square on Janpath means there is never a quiet moment. Our office for Prelude Novel Ventures is on the second floor of 108/B, which sounds easy to find but with the crowds in Bhubaneswar, you really have to look for the Tarini Temple right opposite us. That temple is a real landmark, and you can hear the bells and the general buzz from the street all day long. We’ve got a small team working here, mostly focusing on our projects and trying to keep things organized in a space that feels a bit tight when we’re all in at once. The Master Canteen area is always moving, so there’s a lot of energy, even if the traffic makes getting to work a bit of a headache sometimes. We aren't a huge corporate setup with shiny glass walls, just a regular group of people trying to make these ventures work. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but you get used to it. Most of our days are spent at desks, drinking way too much coffee and talking through ideas. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere and the hum of the AC trying to keep up with the heat outside. We like being in the middle of the city though, it feels like we’re part of the real life of Janpath.
