Our office is at House No 30 in Zone 1 of M P Nagar. It’s pretty close to the Hindustan Times building, which makes it easy for people to give directions. It feels a bit different being in a house rather than a big glass building, but it suits us just fine. It makes the whole place feel more relaxed when you walk in. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just us sitting at our desks, working through bookings and trying to find the right packages for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we have tea while we go over the travel itineraries. It's a local Bhopal business through and through. We know the city well and we know what people around here are looking for when they want to take a break. We handle the paperwork, the tickets, and the bookings because we know how annoying that can be for someone who just wants to go on holiday. The street outside can get quite crowded, especially during the middle of the day, but inside it’s just us doing our thing. We’ve been at this for a while and have learned that being straightforward is usually the best way to do things. No need for anything complicated. Just real people helping other people get where they need to go. We keep our notes on paper and our focus on the calendar.
