Our small office is located at Plot No L 27, right inside the Kamdhenu Tower in Arera Colony. Most people who live around here know the building because it is just opposite the Habibganj Railway Station. It gets really busy in this part of Bhopal, especially when the big trains pull in and everyone starts rushing out with their bags. We spend most of our day at E-2/21, just keeping things moving and dealing with whatever comes up. The tower itself has a lot of different businesses, so there is always someone walking past the door. Arera Colony is a nice place to work, though finding a good parking spot can be a bit of a struggle if you arrive late in the morning. We can usually hear the station announcements from our windows if the wind is blowing the right way. It is not a very fancy setup, just a practical space where we sit and handle the travel bookings. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit if they drop by after getting off their train. It feels good to be right in the middle of the city where everything is happening. We don't really have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just come in every morning, open up the office, and stay until the work is finished for the day. That is pretty much how things go for us here.
