The Sair Travel Management Company

We are located in VM Tower on the second floor. It is right near Batra Hospital, so there is always a lot of activity around the building and sirens in the distance. We have been doing travel management for a bit now. It is not a glamorous job, mostly just sorting out itineraries and making sure people have their documents in order. We do not have a huge lobby with marble floors, just some desks and computers and a lot of printed papers scattered around. Dealing with travel can be a real headache sometimes with all the sudden changes and cancellations, but we just take it one file at a time. The office gets a bit crowded when we have more than a few people visiting at once. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we work. It is a practical setup for us. We handle bookings for folks who need to get somewhere for a wedding or a job interview. It is simple stuff mostly. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep if you are not used to them. We have lived in this city a long time and know how the traffic works around the hospital area. If someone calls us, we pick up and try to find a solution that works for their schedule. That is how we have always operated. No big speeches, just working through the travel lists every day.
