We have a small ground-floor space where we handle all the travel bookings. It gets quite a lot of foot traffic because of the location near the station road. We are usually busy with the phones or typing away on the computers, trying to keep up with all the requests that come in. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and folders, but we know where everything is. It is a very honest sort of place where we just focus on the task at hand. We don't go in for big marketing talk or fancy decorations. We just sit in Gb-13 and work through the day.
