Our office, Connect India Tours & Travels, is down in the basement level at Lb-18 in the B-Block of Mansarover Complex. If you are driving along Hoshangabad Road in Bhopal, it is pretty easy to spot the complex because it is a big landmark right opposite the Police Chowki. Being in the basement means it stays a little cooler during those really hot summer days we get here. The B-Block is always full of people going to different shops and offices, so there is a constant hum of activity. Hoshangabad Road is one of the busiest stretches in the city, so there is always traffic noise and people moving about outside. We have set up our workspace to be functional and straightforward. There are maps on the walls and plenty of files tucked away in the cabinets. It is a decent place to spend the day, and we have gotten to know the other shop owners in the complex over the years. When the Police Chowki across the street is busy, you can really feel the energy of the area. We do not spend a lot of time worrying about being fancy. We just focus on getting the tickets and itineraries right for whoever walks down the stairs to see us. It is a simple life here in the Mansarover Complex, and we like being right where the action is on this main road.
