Vishnu Caters

Our place is in the Press Complex over in Zone 1 of M P Nagar. We are right near the Swzadesh Press building which is a landmark most people in Bhopal know. Working in the Press Complex is interesting because there is always something going on and the area is full of offices and people working late. Vishnu Caters started out small and we have stayed that way because it is easier to manage. The kitchen is where we spend all our time and it is filled with big aluminum pots and long wooden stirring spoons. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us you will probably find us sitting on a stool near the back entrance where it is a bit cooler. M P Nagar is always crowded so we have to be very careful with our delivery timings or we get stuck in the traffic for hours. Our staff is like a family and we eat our meals together after the main work is finished. We don't use any marketing tricks or try to sound like a big company. We are just local people who know how to cook for large groups. Sometimes we make mistakes like forgetting a spare spoon or a stack of napkins but we always try to fix it quickly. It is just honest work and we try to do it right every single day.
