Being near Manohar Dairy helps people find us because everyone knows that spot. Bhopal’s M P Nagar is full of students and office workers, so things get pretty hectic around lunch and then again after five. We do a lot of fast food, so things are usually moving pretty quick in the kitchen. It’s a small corner, and sometimes the orders pile up faster than we can get them out. We have a few tables, but a lot of people just grab their food and head back to their desks or hostels. The noise from the main road is constant, and there is always someone looking for parking nearby. We spend a lot of time cleaning fryers and wiping down the counters. It’s not a fancy dining experience, just a place for a quick bite. We’ve had some long days here, especially when the power goes out or the water supply is low, which happens more than we'd like. But we stay open and keep the burgers and snacks coming. It’s just us trying to make a living in a very busy part of the city. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working the shifts.
