We are up on the second floor of a building in M P Nagar, Zone 2. Specifically, it's room 224, and we’re tucked behind Sargam Cinema. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the cinema. Allahabad Bank is also right there, so it’s easy to find the building. Being on the second floor means we’re away from the noise of the street, which helps when we’re trying to concentrate on booking flights and hotels. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, some old files, and a few maps pinned up. We spend most of our time staring at screens and making sure names and dates match up correctly. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We’ve been helping people in Bhopal plan their holidays for quite a while now. We don't have a big staff, so when you call, you’re usually talking to the same person every time. That makes things easier for everyone. We try to keep things moving along and make sure all the paperwork is in order before anyone sets off on their trip. Sometimes we get a bit behind when the internet is slow, but we always catch up. It’s just a local office where we work hard and try to stay organized. We like the area and the people who come to see us. There are no secrets here, just plain work.
